In addition to being the Broker of 2nd Act Realty, Jeff Spencer has been a licensed general contractor for over 30 years. He has a degree in construction management and design. His experience includes work in both the commercial and residential fields.
Jeff also owns JAS Resources, a construction company with an emphasis in real estate development and investment.
